Connecting user insights to company strategy
Casade is a social housing corporation with 11.000 houses in the province of Noord-Brabant. The Casade management team wanted to gain a deep understanding of the needs of their renters and the expectations they have towards Casade.
Think+DO conducted user research on three different topics and shared the user insights with the Casade team. Customer journeys, persona’s, guiding principles and Ideas for improvement were developed together with the Casade team members based on the collected user insights.
